1. Introduction

1.5 In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bell-Wylie Ltd. For more information about us refer to Section 18.
2. The personal data that we process
2.1 We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you. These can be collated as follows:
2.2 Identity data - includes information such as first name, last name, title, and other identifiers that you may have provided at some time to us.
2.3 Contact data - includes information such as billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone number(s) and any other information you have provided to us for the purpose of communication or purchasing services from our website.
2.4 Personal profile data - includes information such as purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses. It may also include identity and contact data used to set up your personal profile with us.
2.5 Financial (account) data - includes information such as your bank details and payment card details if you purchase something from us. It may also include details about payments or communications to and from you and information about products and/or services you have purchased from us.
2.6 Communication data - includes your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access our website.
2.7 Marketing data - includes your preferences in receiving marketing information from us; communication preferences; responses and actions in relation to your use of our services.
2.8 Anonymous data - this is data that cannot be used to identify you as an individual. We may aggregate anonymous data and use it for any purpose. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal information because it does not reveal your identity.
2.9 Aggregated data - if we combine or connect aggregated data with your personal information so that it can identify you in any way, we will treat the combined data as personal information and it will be used in accordance with the provisions of this privacy notice.
2.10 Special personal information – this is information is data about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect special personal information about you.
2.11 Failure to provide personal information that we require to do business - where there is a requirement for us to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform that contract. In that case, we may have to stop providing a service to you. If so, we will notify you of this at the time.
3. Purposes of processing data and legal bases
3.1 In this section, we set out the purposes for which we may process personal data and the legal bases for doing so.

3.3 If a basis on which we process your personal information is no longer relevant, then we shall immediately stop processing your data.
